• Tutti  i membri sono uguali per importanza. Razza, religione e orientamento sessuale non determinano alcun pregiudizio e chiunque dei membri, se votato dalla maggioranza, puo' ricoprire qualsiasi ruolo. I cittadini sono simpatizzanti del gruppo ed hanno gli stessi diritti dei membri per quando riguarda il gioco ma senza alcun obbligo verso il gruppo. I cittadini non hanno ruoli all'interno del gruppo, eccezion fatta per la possibilità di militare nei gruppi di lavoro (dance team o band).

• All members are equal in importance. Race, religion and sexual orientation do not determine any prejudice and any member, if voted by the majority, can cover any role. Citizens are supporters of the group and have the same rights as members when it comes to the game but without any obligations towards the group. Citizens do not have roles within the group, except for the possibility of joining work groups (dance team or band).

• I membri che ricoprono un ruolo di polizia sono di fatto MODERATORI. Ogni loro decisione va appoggiata immediatamente sia all'esterno del gruppo che all'interno. Essi controllano che durante gli eventi tutto si svolga in modo regolare e segnalano tempestivamente al propietario della room eventuali  misure da adottare. Le azioni intraprese non sono contestabili da nessuno e vengono discusse il giorno dopo unicamente tra il moderatore e il suo diretto superiore.

• Members who have a police role are in fact MODERATORS. Each of their decisions must be supported immediately both outside and inside the group. They check that during events everything runs smoothly and promptly report any measures to be taken to the room owner. The actions taken cannot be contested by anyone and are discussed the next day only between the moderator and his direct superior.

• Regole del CLUB: Il Club GalaXXXy, a partire da Gennaio 2025, aprirà ogni giovedì. Durante il tempo di apertura è obbligatoria la presenza di tutti i membri del club in divisa se presenti in chat (anche in caso di evento esterno).

• CLUB Rules: Starting in January 2025, the GalaXXXy Club will be open every Thursday. All club members must be in uniform during the opening hours, even if they are in chat (even during an external event).

• Regole della BAND: La band del GalaXXXy (GalaXXXy Against Machine) si esibisce 6 serate al mese. E' obbligatoria l'uniforme decisa dal gruppo musicale. Durante tutta la durata dell'esibizione è obbligatoria la presenza di tutti i componenti della band presenti in chat, con i colori e il tessuto GalaXXXy (solo giallo). E' data facoltà alla direzione del dipartimento, se necessario, di organizzare un evento straordinario (non in agenda) una sola volta al mese. Non sarà più ammessa la presenza, ne sul palco ne in chat Band, di chiunque non sia titolare della band stessa.

• BAND Rules: The galaxxxy band (GalaXXXy Against Machine) performs six nights a month. The band's uniform is mandatory. All band members, present in the chat, must be present throughout the performance, wearing GalaXXXy colors and fabric (yellow only). Department management reserves the right, if necessary, to organize a special event (not scheduled) only once a month. Anyone who is not a member of the band will no longer be allowed on stage or in the band chat.

• Regole della DANCE CREW: La dance crew del GalaXXXy (Ecstasy Of Gold) si esibisce 6 serate al mese. E' obbligatoria l'uniforme decisa dal gruppo. Durante l'esibizione è richiesta la presenza minima di 7 dancers per evento in uniforme. Ogni Dancer titolare garantisce la presenza a 4 serate mensili, questo per garantire i 6 eventi richiesti dalla direzione. Viene data facoltà a chiunque di esibirsi volontariamente oltre  alle 4 serate obbligatorie al fine di rafforzare il team. E' data facoltà alla direzione del dipartimento, se necessario, di organizzare un evento straordinario (non in agenda) una sola volta al mese. Non sarà più ammessa la presenza, ne sul palco ne in chat Dance, di chiunque non sia titolare della Dance Crew.

• DANCE CREW Rules: The galaxxxy (Ecstasy Of Gold) dance crew performs 6 nights a month. The group's uniform is mandatory. A minimum of 7 dancers in uniform is required per performance. Each regular dancer is guaranteed to perform at 4 nights a month, to ensure the 6 events required by management. Anyone is welcome to perform voluntarily beyond the 4 mandatory nights to strengthen the team. Department management is authorized, if necessary, to organize an extraordinary event (not scheduled) only once a month. Anyone who is not a regular member of the Dance Crew will no longer be allowed on stage or in the Dance chat.​​

Eventuali cloni o doppi account individuati dalla nostra security sia nei nostri club che nei club che ci ospitano saranno bannati immediatamente da tutto il gruppo.​

• Regole per GRUPPI ESTERNI: Il GalaXXXy group concede ad UN gruppo esterno di partecipare attivamente alla serata di apertura del club in modo esclusivo. Solo un gruppo, infatti, è ammesso alla serata di apertura ufficiale. GalaXXXYy, in cambio, espone il logo del dance team per tutto l'anno nella sua room.Il gruppo in questione deve partecipare almeno al 50% della serata (due ore). Non sono ammessi cloni. Un gruppo con presenza di cloni o doppi account non sarà accettato.

• ​Rules for EXTERNAL GROUPS: The GalaXXXy group grants ONE external group the exclusive right to actively participate in the club's opening night. Only one group is admitted to the official opening night. In exchange, GalaXXXYy displays the dance team's logo in its room all year round. The group in question must participate in at least 50% of the evening (two hours). Clones are not allowed. A group with clones or double accounts will not be accepted.​​​​​

• Gli organizzatori di eventi che richiedono la partecipazione del gruppo a qualsiasi titolo, devono collaborare attivamente alla gestione e animazione dell'evento concordato. E' obbligatorio, da parte dell'organizzatore, creare una locandina che pubblicizzi il Galaxxxy Group ed esporre il nostro logo in room.

• Event organizers requiring the participation of the group in any capacity must actively collaborate in the management and animation of the agreed event. It is mandatory for the organizer to create a poster advertising the Galaxxxy Group and display our logo in the room.

• Privilegi del CITTADINO: A partire dal 2024 esiste lo statuto di CITTADINO. Il cittadino non ha nessun dovere a parte quello di apporre la nostra TAG. I vantaggi sono l'accesso alle chat di gruppo, partecipare attivamente alla vita virtuale del gruppo GDR, l'accesso ai giochi e l'accesso alla Kittlands (room di gruppo GalaXXXy). Chi entra a far parte del gruppo inizia da questo status. Per accedere al gruppo i candidati devono ottenere il voto unanime dalle 4 founders. Il cittadino che accetta un ruolo in uno dei team (Band o Dance) è obbligato a parteciparvi come se fosse membro effettivo GalaXXXy.

• CITIZEN Privileges: Starting in 2024, CITIZEN status will apply. Citizens have no obligations other than affixing our TAG. Benefits include access to group chats, active participation in the virtual life of the RPG group, access to games, and access to Kittlands (GalaXXXy group room). Anyone joining the group begins with this status. To join the group, applicants must obtain a unanimous vote from the four founders. Citizens who accept a role in one of the teams (Band or Dance) are required to participate as full GalaXXXy members.

• Ogni cambiamento nel regolamento o nell'organigramma come pure qualsiasi decisione che modifichi l'attuale andamento del club e del gioco di ruolo deve  ottenere il voto unanime delle 4 founders.

• Any change in the rules or organizational chart as well as any decision that modifies the current course of the club and the role-playing game must obtain the unanimous vote of the 4 founders.

• In caso di grave crisi interna il fondatore Tiziana può destituire provvisoriamente il direttivo e governare in modo indipendente fino alla risoluzione della crisi. Nel periodo del governo provvisorio sono abolite tutte le norme del presente regolamento e Tiziana decide in modo autonomo per trovare la migliore soluzione atta a risolvere problemi o conflitti interni. Durante questo periodo Tiziana ha potere decisionale assoluto.

• In the event of a serious internal crisis, the founder Tiziana can temporarily dismiss the board and govern independently until the crisis is resolved. During the period of provisional government, all the provisions of this regulation are abolished and Tiziana decides autonomously to find the best solution to resolve internal problems or conflicts. • Chiunque per qualsiasi motivo danneggia o cerca di danneggiare in qualche modo il galaxxxy group viene multato o, in casi gravi, bannato ed in seguito processato in tribunale in GDR.

• Chiunque venga sorpreso a pubblicizzare altri eventi in una room GalaXXXy  durante un evento  verrà bannato immediatamente. Anche il proprietario della room che viene pubblicizzata verrà bannato in via preventiva e in seguito il proprietario della room verrà ascoltato in tribunale per verificare le sue responsabilità e, nel caso, verrà esentato dal provvedimento.

• Anyone caught advertising other events in a GalaXXXy room during an event will be banned immediately. The owner of the room being advertised will also be banned as a precaution and the room owner will then be heard in court to verify his responsibilities and, if necessary, will be exempted from the measure.

• La violazione di queste disposizioni sia da membri che da cittadini che da personaggi non appartenenti al gruppo comportano un ammenda o il ban dalle autorità GalaXXXy. in seguito chiunque, che sia membro, cittadino o estraneo viene giudicato obbligatoriamente.

• Violation of these provisions by members, citizens or non-members of the group will result in a fine or ban by the GalaXXXy authorities. Afterwards, anyone, whether a member, citizen or outsider, will be mandatorily prosecuted.​​

• I membri che per 90 giorni non si rendono reperibili vengono congelati in una lista non visibile in attesa di un loro eventuale ritorno che verrà valutato dall'assemblea delle Founders.

• Members who are unavailable for 90 days are placed on a hidden list pending their return, which will be evaluated by the Founders' Assembly.

• Le decisioni prese dal tribunale non sono appellabili. E' infatti obbligatorio per chiunque presenziare all'udienza ed in caso di assenza il tribunale si riserva di decidere autonomamente.

• The decisions taken by the court are not appealable. It is in fact mandatory for everyone to attend the hearing and in case of absence the court reserves the right to decide autonomously.​

RUOLI (ROLES)​

​

• Il PRESIDENTE: Questo ruolo è la massima carica presente nel gruppo. Il Presidente e Giudice GalaXXXy ha diversi compiti, tra cui risolvere controversie, ascoltare ogni disagio di ogni singolo membro, ha il veto su tutti i dipartimenti ed un ruolo di controllo diretto su chiunque. Le decisioni prese dal presidente non possono essere contestate ne impugnate. Chiunque voglia rivolgersi al Presidente deve essere accompagnato dal fondatore di riferimento. Il presidente deciderà se il fondatore può presenziare alla seduta. Può autorizzare chiunque ad assolvere compiti anche non inerenti al suo ruolo e, inoltre, decidere espulsioni dirette. Il presidente è l'unico moderatore esterno alla polizia.

• The PRESIDENT: This role is the highest office in the group. The President and Judge GalaXXXy has several duties, including resolving disputes, listening to any discomfort of each individual member, has a veto on all departments and a direct control role over anyone. The decisions taken by the president cannot be contested or appealed. Anyone who wants to address the President must be accompanied by the founder of reference. The president will decide whether the founder can attend the session. He can authorize anyone to carry out tasks even if not related to his role and, in addition, decide on direct expulsions. The president is the only moderator external to the police.

• FONDATORI: I fondatori sono i capi dei vari dipartimenti, collaborano tra di loro ma non intralciano il lavoro degli altri colleghi, il Fondatore non può essere eliminato dal gruppo, se in pausa o dimissionario resta comunque nell'organigramma.

• FOUNDERS: The founders are the heads of the various departments, they collaborate with each other but do not hinder the work of other colleagues, the Founder cannot be removed from the group, if on a break or resigns, he or she remains in the organizational chart.

                                                      I FONDATORI NELLO SPECIFICO

​

1. DIPARTIMENTO DELLE RISORSE "KittyManuela": Si occupa del coordinamento dei vari membri nei vari settori di appartenenza, della sicurezza agli eventi e della gestione dei cittadini, controlla che non si siano controversie e cerca eventualmente di appianarle e porvi fine. Come garante delle regole controlla che le stesse non vengano aggirate e rispettate da tutti. Le decisioni di Manuela non possono essere contestate. In caso si controversie l'unico modo di appellarsi è chiedere l'intervento di Tiziana che valuterà in seconda e definitiva istanza la decisione di Manuela.

2. DIPARTIMENTO DELLA LOGISTICA "Tiziana": Tiziana ha il potere su tutte le stanze del GalaXXXy Group; può modificarle, abolirle, sostituirle, creandone delle nuove e più confacenti ai tempi ed usi del momento. Come garante delle regole controlla che tutto proceda in modo corretto e prende visione del casi meno gestibili cercando di dare una mano ad eventuali membri in difficoltà; si occupa anche dei casi in cui Manuela avesse bisogno di supporto, ma solo su richiesta di Manuela stessa. Tiziana può invalidare una decisione presa da Manuela, se lo ritiene opportuno, in casi in cui le venisse contestato l'operato di Manuela dal diretto interessato e ci siano gli estremi per farlo.

3. DIPARTIMENTO DEGLI INTERNI  "SayaYumi": Si occupa di gestire le varie serate. Decide genere musicale da adottare e fornisce la lista del dj's che si esibiranno nelle room GalaXXXy. Crea le locandine interne da divulgare nei vari social e controlla che il suo dipartimento e più specificamente i suoi membri svolgano un ruolo attivo nell'accoglienza della clientela. Ha, inoltre, la facoltà di decidere autonomamente quando e dove i dj's GalaXXXy possono esibirsi esternamente decidendo lei o su rischiesta del dj stesso.

4. DIPARTIMENTO DEGLI ESTERI "Delhia": Si occupa di trovare ingaggi per il Dance Team e la Band. Crea, in accordo con proprietari di altri club, eventi esterni, nel qual caso sarà compito di SayaYumi fornire i nomi dei dj che si esibiranno in tali eventi. Cura, inoltre, i rapporti con gli altri club, decidendo in totale autonomia se e con chi stabilire collaborazioni, sia temporanee che permanenti; le sue decisioni in tal senso sono sottoposte alla ratifica di Saya. Resta inteso che, una volta acquisita la ratifica, sarà prerogativa sua o della sua direttrice in carica, in caso Delhia sia assente, dare indicazioni ai membri su quali room frequentare; è dato diritto ai cittadini e ai membri di chiedere a Saya se la ratifica è stata regolarmente accordata. Una volta stabilita la regolarità della procedura i membri sono invitati a seguire le indicazioni di Delhia (i cittadini non sono soggetti ad obblighi).

                                                         THE FOUNDERS SPECIFICALLY

​

1. RESOURCES DEPARTMENT "KittyManuela": Responsible for coordinating the various members in their various departments, ensuring event security and citizen management, monitoring disputes and attempting to resolve them if necessary. As the guarantor of the rules, she ensures they are not circumvented and are respected by all. Manuela's decisions cannot be contested. In the event of a dispute, the only appeal is to request the intervention of Tiziana, who will assess Manuela's decision in the second and final instance.

2. LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT "Tiziana": Tiziana has authority over all the GalaXXXy Group rooms; she can modify, abolish, or replace them, creating new ones more suited to current times and customs. Tiziana can overrule a decision made by Manuela, if she deems it appropriate, in cases where Manuela's actions are challenged by the person concerned and there are grounds for doing so.

3. INTERIOR DEPARTMENT "SayaYumi": She is responsible for managing the various evenings. She decides on the musical genre to use and provides the list of DJs who will perform in the GalaXXXy rooms. She creates the internal posters to be shared on various social media and ensures that her department, and more specifically its members, play an active role in welcoming guests. She also has the power to independently decide when and where GalaXXXy DJs can perform outside, either by herself or at the DJ's request.

4. FOREIGN DEPARTMENT "Delhia": Responsible for bookings for the Dance Team and the Band. She organizes external events in consultation with other club owners, in which case SayaYumi will be responsible for providing the names of the DJs who will perform at these events. She also manages relationships with other clubs, deciding entirely independently whether and with whom to establish collaborations, both temporary and permanent; her decisions in this regard are subject to Saya's approval. It is understood that, once approval has been obtained, it will be her prerogative, or that of her current director (in Delhia's absence), to give members directions on which rooms to use; citizens and members have the right to ask Saya whether approval has been properly granted. Once the procedure has been established, members are invited to follow Delhia's  instructions (citizens are under no obligation).

• DIRETTORI: Il direttore è di fatto il collaboratore stretto del suo fondatore. Ha compiti diversi che il fondatore può assumere in sua assenza e aiuta il fondatore nel suo lavoro anche autonomamente per il buon andamento del suo e degli altri dipartimenti.

• DIRECTORS: The director is in fact the close collaborator of its founder. He has different tasks that the founder can assume in his absence and helps the founder in his work also autonomously for the good progress of his and other departments.

• SEGRETARIO GENERALE: Il segretario è un TUTOR, accoglie i nuovi entrati e li guida nel gruppo spiegando loro le varie possibilita' che il gruppo stesso offre e le regole di base, inoltre tiene nota di tutto quello che viene detto alle riunioni e stende i verbali delle stesse. Il segretario si occupa anche di imbastire i documenti per la sezione The Court.

• GENERAL SECRETARY: The secretary is a tutor who welcomes new members and guides them through the group, explaining the various opportunities the group offers and the basic rules. He or she also records everything discussed at meetings and takes minutes. The secretary is also responsible for preparing documents for The Court.

• MODERATORI: I moderatori del gruppo ( GalaXXXy Security o KIPD ) sono di fatto i moderatori interni. I loro compiti consistono nel preservare e salvaguardare l'armonia del gruppo controllando le chat di gruppo e le local. In caso di apertura intervengono internamente con una richiesta di sanzione atta a risolvere una questione ingestibile o con richieste di ban per ospiti sgradevoli. La richiesta di ban deve essere inoltrata al proprio founder o, in sua assenza, direttamente al proprietario della room. Il ban di un moderatore dura al massimo 3 giorni.

• MODERATORS: The moderators of the group (GalaXXXy Security or KIPD) are in fact the internal moderators. Their tasks consist of preserving and safeguarding the harmony of the group by controlling the group and local chats. In case of opening, they intervene internally with a request for a sanction aimed at resolving an unmanageable issue or with ban requests for unpleasant guests. The ban request must be forwarded to the founder or, in his absence, directly to the owner of the room. The ban of a moderator lasts a maximum of 3 days.

• DEEJAYS: I Djs galaxxxy suonano principalmente per il gruppo o per la band. E' comunque permesso loro di accettare proposte da chiunque previo avviso alla loro fondatrice di riferimento. La stessa provvederà a trovare loro ingaggi esterni.

• DEEJAYS: The galaxxxy DJs play mainly for the group or the band. However, they are allowed to accept proposals from anyone, providing prior notice to their reference founder. She will find them external engagements.

• WEBMASTER: Il lavoro del responsabile del sito è indipendente, ha totale libertà di gestione e modifiche che ritenga opportune.

• WEBMASTER: The work of the site manager is independent, he has total freedom to manage and make changes as he deems appropriate.

• DISCORD MANAGER: Si occupa di tenere vivo il server GalaXXXy e di effettuare modifiche. Ha libertà di gestione, sotto la supervisione del suo founder.

REGOLE DELLA CHAT (CHAT RULES)​

• CHAT LOCAL: Per local si intende la chat delle nostre room, questa chat viene controllata dai moderatori. La chat  è libera e chiunque può intervenire per animare gli eventi. Si ricorda che sono vietate provocazioni, litigi o altri comportamenti che potrebbero creare dissapori o peggio rovinare l'evento.

• LOCAL CHAT: Local means the chat of our rooms, this chat is controlled by moderators. The chat is free and anyone can intervene to liven up the events. Please remember that provocations, arguments or other behaviors that could create disagreements or worse ruin the event are prohibited.

• CHAT GRUPPO: La chat di gruppo è esclusiva  ed unicamente per galaxxxyni, comunque viene data la possibilta ad ogni membro di aggiungere un ospite, il quale dovrà lasciare la chat prima che esca chi lo ha invitato. Chi invita un ospite dovrà aver cura di informare l'ospite stesso al riguardo. Anche qui valgono le regole di comportamento i moderatori controlleranno lo svolgersi delle attività.

• GROUP CHAT: The group chat is exclusive and only for galaxxxyni, despite this each member is given the possibility to add a guest, who must leave the chat before the person who invited him leaves. Gli altri membri sono pregati di intervenire solo per questioni importanti o urgenti e di non intasare la chat con comunicazioni inutili e facezie.

• BAND: This group is exclusively for band members and is managed by the leader. Non-band members are not allowed to join. During the evenings, communications will mainly concern the leader, the fronwoman and the frontman. Other members are asked to intervene only for important or urgent matters and not to clog the chat with useless communications and jokes.
